In our practice we come across many patients who have got hair fall problems on a daily basis and while taking their detailed history we just realize that they follow certain strange things as far as their hair routine is concerned.

As they suffer from hair fall problem they co-relate their hair care routine as a primary factor which is causing them hair fall which includes oiling, shampooing, combing etc. The aim of this article is to make them understand that hair fall is not related to your hair care routine and one should not stop following their normal routine in the fear of increasing hair fall problem.
