Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions :

  • "Company" - Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt Ltd. having its registered office at Mulund, Mumbai-400 080.
  • "Trichology Centers" - The Centers where Client has made the payment or where the Client is seeking the services of the Company.
  • "Client" - Any individual, authorized representative of company /proprietorship or partnership firm/ any other association of person or entity by whatever nature, who has paid the amount for services/ packages to the Company.

2. Terms of Payment :

  • Rates / prices are subject to change without any notice. Prices / rates ruling on the date of booking will be billed/ charged.
  • All services rendered are subject to levy of statutory taxes, for the time being in force, on the date of payment. Any additional tax as may be promulgated/ levied/ imposed by the State/ Central Government will be to the client's account. The Management will not refund any amount for services rendered, whether availed in full or not by the client.

3. Hours of Operation :

  • The Centre will be open daily except on national and declared holidays. The Centre holds the right to change its opening and closing days as required.

4. Rights and Liabilities of the Centre :

  • The Management shall have the right to close part or all of the facilities of the Trichology Centre due to repair, renovation, maintenance, expansion of facilities or special events, without advance notice and to readjust the operating hours of the Centre accordingly.
  • The Management shall have the right to alter, revoke, supplement or augment its terms and conditions as they see fit, shall make every effort to inform the Clients of all amendments.
  • In any event, the maximum overall liability of the Company in contract, tort shall be limited to amount paid by the Client, after adjusting the administrative, service charges and all taxes due from the Client.
  • The Company is entitled to charge for vary, add, withdraw any services and / or all charges, discounts, surcharges, tariff etc. any time in its sole discretion for one, more or all of its Clients except in the case of discounts or other special benefits or schemes/ plans announced by the Company from time to time and which are valid for specified periods.

5. Liability :

  • The Management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to items, valuables or personal belongings brought into the Centre.
  • Any person, entering the Centre and using its facilities does so at its own risk. Neither the Centre, nor any associated company or body, including the Centre's employees, shall accept responsibility or liability for any injury or loss, including fatality or damage whatsoever to any person or their property. Any person who suffers an accident or injury on the Centre's premises must report the accident or injury, and the circumstances under which it occurred, to the Duty Manager immediately following the accident or injury.
  • Vehicles parked in the car parks at/ near the premises of the Centre by the clients is at their own risk and all contents in them are left at the Client's own risk and the Centre or any associated company or body will not be held responsible for any loss.

6. Safety and Hygiene :

  • Refrain from using the Centre whilst under the influence of alcohol or consuming a heavy meal before the session.
  • Pets are not allowed into the Centre.

7. Conduct :

  • The Management has the right to prevent entry of anyone whose behavior is objectionable.
  • Usage of abusive language, threat or violence will not be tolerated in the
  • Clients must follow instructions and signs on display in the Centre. It is the Client's responsibility to read any information on the Centre notice boards and to ensure that he/ she abides by these notices and signs whilst at the Centre.
  • Bringing personal food and beverage items into the Centre from outside is not allowed.
  • Personal sound systems will not be permitted into the Centre.
  • In the event of there being any complaints in the Services/ product the client should inform the management in a period 15 days of the occurrence of the deficiency/ attachment respectively.

8. Lost Property :

  • Any lost property found must be immediately handed over to the Centre's reception. Items found at the Centre will be available for collection from the Centre's reception between 10 AM and 6 PM. Items will be held for a period of6weeks.

9. Jurisdiction :

  • The validity, construction and performances of terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the interpretation in accordance with the laws of India and the Company and Client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.

Declaration:

I hereby at my own risk, willfully consent and allow the Doctor I Therapist/ consultant to pluck my hair in order to obtain sample for the purpose of conducting hair analysis. I am made aware that the hair samples are obtained by plucking strands of hair sufficient to conduct the test.

I am further made aware that the report should not be considered as diagnostic but as screening tool that will provide additional source of information to the doctor. I hereby agree to hold harmless any doctor / therapist/ consultant and/ or employee including Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt. Ltd. for any injury, allergic reaction and / or fatality or damage whatsoever that may be caused to me during the procedure.

I hereby take a decision of my own free will and give consent to avail the services/ therapy's offered by Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt. Ltd. The effects, nature and outcome of which have been explained to me in the language I understand. I have also been explained in the language I understand that the results of each therapy may vary from person to person depending upon individual body composition, health status, metabolism and other factors including diet and lifestyle and as such results of the therapy cannot be guaranteed and the lack of results will not be construed as deficiency of service.

I have been given an opportunity to ask any questions relating to the Programme(s) and I am satisfied and I don't want to seek any further information.

I accept and agree that failure on my part to abide by the advice given to me by the team of professionals (e.g. doctors, nutritionists etc.) of Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt. Ltd. resulting in unsatisfactory results/ side effects of the treatment shall not entitle me to hold Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt. Ltd. or any staff personally liable for any civil or penal action. I understand that no guarantee / assurance can be given to me regarding the result and outcome of the therapy and in circumstances of unsatisfactory results due to factors beyond the control of the staff of the Centre, I shall not be entitled to claim/ damages or to hold the Centre or its staff liable for the same.

It is clearly understood by me that MPT / FPT is a progressive disorder and inspite of the treatment it can still progress. It is also understood by me that no growth of ha ir is normally possible in MPT / FPT. I accept and agree that neither the management nor any of the staff members of the Centre shall be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury what so ever caused to me while undergoing the Programme.

I declare and certify that I have a normal healthy constitution and do not suffer from any medical/ psychological disorder or any other allergy an am fit to undergo the treatment under the therapy in which, I have enrolled myself.

I further undertake that the amount paid is non-refundable as well as non­transferable.

I accept and agree that no money will be refundable by the Company on closure of the Centre due to force major circumstances or other causes beyond the control of the Company or due to shifting of my residence/ place of work and, in such event, I agree to take my remaining treatment in another Centre of the Company subject to availability of service of the kind being availed by me at the place of original booking.

I have also read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Company and agree to abide by them. In the event of my failure to act according to the Terms and Conditions, my therapy will be terminated without any reimbursement.

I agree to receive promotional messages or newsletters via e-mail or SMS or any such electronic media from Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt. Ltd. Even if I am registered under ONO.
