Position: Manager Training
Experience: 5 to 10 years

Job Description:

Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to

• Induct new joinees into the company.
• Train new joinees on basics of the core subject knowledge on hair and skin care
• To create and update Training Manuals for all roles across Divisions.
• To assess and evaluate trainees for final approval to join
• To innovate and introduce softskill or refresher training calendar and schedules
• Regular Updation of Training Module
• To organizes training schedules end to end
• To impart grooming and etiquette sessions
• Sharing SOP’s and KRA
• Handholding & Cost Control
• Adherence to MIS & SOP’s, Attendance, Punctuality and
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Maintenance of MIS Reports

Candidates who have experience of training in Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care trainer, hair care trainer, personal care trainer, skill development trainer.

Required Candidate profile

Candidates with certification in CIDESCO, Beauty, Cosmetology,

Have experience of training in Beauty and Wellness industry, skin care trainer, hair care trainer, beautician trainer, skill development trainer.
