CASE STUDY 1: SABEENA KARDOZA

Sabeena Cardoza suffered for two long and agonizing months, before she came to Richfeel Trichology Centre. She had mistaken hydrogen peroxide to be a shampoo and used it on her scalp. The result was severe burning, itching and scaling of the scalp and she had red eruptions all over the affected area. She also had white patches all over the scalp and behind the ears. To make it worse, she experienced acute hair loss in bunches at the slightest pull.

After trying every possible treatment available, when she couldn't get any relief, she finally came to Richfeel Trichology Centre. Needless to say, she had very little hope till she met Dr. Sonal Shah. Our team of professionals under the supervision of Dr. Shah took it as a challenge and did a thorough study of her hair and scalp with the help of state-of-the-art diagnostic tests available only at Richfeel.It was indeed a real test of Trichology as the progressive science for hair and scalp conditions. Slowly but steadily, we began the treatment in stages with cleansing, disinfecting, soothing and healing of the scalp.

Dr. Sonal Shah prescribed both internal and external medication for Sabeena. The results started showing from the 2nd week of the treatment itself. The medicines had worked for Sabeena and she showed a dramatic 30% reduction of redness and eruptions on her scalp and a far lesser hair loss. The medicines continued and Sabeena showed 60% improvement in the state of her hair and scalp in the 3rd week. It was a difficult task for Dr. Sonal Shah to maintain pace with the treatment as Sabeena showed symptoms of extreme anxiety and was confused because of the varied opinions thrust on her and multiple solutions suggested by many people. At some points, she didn't even follow the advice given by Dr. Sonal Shah!

Combating all these hindrances, it was in her 7th week of treatment, that Sabeena showed absolutely no sign of redness and eruptions on her scalp and an 80% reduction of hair loss. It took us exactly 2 months to control Sabeena's hair loss and her hair was already showing positive signs of re growth!.
