The Company will own / lease the property for the clinic. Selection of city and location for the clinic rests only with the Company. Investor will have no operational involvement on functioning of clinic. Investor can simply relax and enjoy the return guaranteed by the Company.
The Company will receive money in tranches, as the Company will start looking for appropriate location for the new clinic after getting token advance.
